Error code ##357, not able to clear error
I just got error msg.#357 this afternoon when I tried to print. The machine is making a terrible rumbling racket when I press print or even copy. It sounds like something is jammed, but I can't find anything as hard as I look. I tried moving the ink cartridges to the far left and what I saw was a great deal of black ink on the left side in and around what I surmise is the purge plates. My husband tried removing the ink with cotton swabs, but so far nothing is working. I will try the alcohol next. Any other suggestions as to what might fix this?
