From where I can download P5SD2-VM sound driver for free?

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager sound video and game controllers could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers
cnetdowload.com if these drivers are not suitable on the home page you should see the download software finder under that there will be a list platform, category sub category price from the category drop down list select drivers then from the price drop down list select free or which ever applies to your need

I want motherboard disk or audio driver .model : ASUS motherboard SIS 968,P5SD2-VM,

I could be mistaken but I think your audio system is a Realtek .
If you need driver for Realtek AC97 under Windows Vista or 7, you can download the driver from : http://download.cnet.com/Realtek-AC-97-Driver-Windows-Vista-Windows-7/3000-2120_4-10962344.html
If you need it for earlier versions , go here :

Intel E5200 Dual Core 2.50gHz 500GB Sata HDD 2GB RAM Asus Extreme AX700 graphics card 256MB Windows XP Pro SP3 After a fresh installation of Windows and loading of all the drivers in the Disc supplied,...

Go to devise mgr and look at the sound hardware under sound, rt click on realtek and click on properties, look at driver, does it say windows or realtek, and check version and date, then go to realtek
and see if the driver is the newest and the right one for your hardware.

That was great that you listed some info, but the wrong info,ex for OS, you should have listed the motherboard model #, you should post back the model# and what it said under driver, version, date of driver. Then someone can check to see if the correct driver is installed.
