Lexmark 4270 won't feed paper to print or copy!

I just installed my Lexmark 4270 all in one and when I go to print or copy a document it makes all the right sounds but won't feed the paper into the printer, then it stops and reads Load Paper and press Select. I keep getting this message and the paper still won't feed after I reload the paper. Scanner works fine it just wont feed! Can someone help me?

Printed copy will not feed out line by line and finally will not feed the printed page. How to get it to work properly?

There could be something blocking the paper path that's not allowing the paper to not go all the way through the feeder. Try to open the printer and access the cartridge area. Remove the cartridges. Check for any foreign objects blocking the paper path. Rebrick your printer by removing the power adapter (black box found on the back of your printer where the power cord is plugged in) and then re-plug after 30 seconds. When your printer turns back on, re-insert your cartridges. Then try print your document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

Lexmark X5400 Series AIO Feed Problems

Hi,
Remove the jammed paper. Unplug the printer from the mains and PC. Inspect the rollers, etc for tiny paper piece(s) that may be stuck, or other debris. Try to clean rollers and make sure they are dry.
Keep printer unplugged for about 2 minutes and replug and try a test print.
Also make sure that you have waited long enough for the printer to heat up before giving a print job.
Finally, it could be an issue with the paper sensor. If this is the case, you will probably have to take the printer in for servicing..

Thanks, Anu

How do I copy a document on a lexmark x 1185 printer scanner copier

Turn the documents printed page away from you. (Document facing you, turn it around so that the print is on the backside)

Insert it in the top paper feed tray. Align the left side of the document page, with the alignment bar on the left side of the top paper feed tray. (Put the left side of the paper against the plastic bar on the left side of the paper tray)

Computer running, Windows loaded. Go to Start>Hover your mouse cursor on All Programs>Lexmark>Lexmark Printer

Click on the Copy function, and go to the Properties window to set how many copies you want, (Default setting is 1), what size paper you're using, and so on.

Printer 4270 prints only a partial page and then stops

Thanks for the help. I followed your recommendation of uninstalling the Lexmark program and reinstalling it. Note that I had done this previously and still had the problem. However, following your advice, the third time must have been a charm. The problem has been solved.

Lexmark C1150 printer doesn't print

First I try to uninstall the printer, it didn't work, so I reinstall the the printer anyway, it worked for one print only.
As second attempt I disconnected the printer completely, turned the PC off, and after few minutes on again. Uninstalled printer.
Reconnected the cables again, install the printer - it works well!

HP 6200 without telling it to print, feeds and jams continually

I already encounter that problem lately. when you print your documents, the only response of the printer is paper jam. feed and jam.

try this tip if acceptable of your situation now.

only to do is copy your documents by edit button and then select all or highlight all that your going to print and then right to copy

and then, open a new documents page set up if needed.

and then print it without saving your file because that already save.
