Internal and External screens broken.

My phone has always been quarky but never like this. It froze so I took the battery out and put it back in and now the Internal and External displays dont work. THe volume buttons still do because I can hear it. I've recieved calls and I can hear so I know it's connected but I got hostile with it and it came on for a minute. Any ideas? Is there a way of just restoring it through a program? I have the wire to the computer and all.

Sounds like the flex connector is loose. Find a manual on how to pull the back cover out, and check the flex connector is securely in place.

Phone fell in water

If it's at the point where the screen isn't working properly, it's dead. If you have some kind of extended warranty, it may cover it, but there's no real way to bring it back from being water damaged, unfortunately.

Hi.. though there if free memory available in my cell it always shows memory full and this is preventing from sending and recieving messages. can anyone help??

Phones have two types of memory. The internal and the external memory. The internal memory is the memory storage that is stock in the phone and external memory is your memory card (i.e. SD, MicroSD).

There could be a possibility that the file that you are about to receive was redirected to the internal memory (which is usually running out of space) instead of the external memory.

Check the settings on your phone and there's an option to select if you would like to use the external memory card.

If you're getting the same problem though it's set to external memory, then try power cycling the phone. Remove the battery while the phone is ON and leave the battery out for 5 mins. Then put it back on.

If same problem occurs, contact Nokia Care Center.

Have a great day!
