Use the code 11265 listed with a number of other codes on page 28 of the primo manual. There is also 11423, 10017, 10178, 10856 & 11178. After that is says to try the LG codes
If your trying to Unlock the phone your service provider will give you the code.Just tell them you need to unlock it so when you travel out of the country you can use a local sim card to save money(no sim you need to use a local provider)

I had the same problem after i replaced the battery and what i did was to short the + end of the battery plate with the - end for two seconds, apparently this will reset the watch. there is also a sticker pasted on the battery plate holder.
Prizmo TV no universal remote codes work. I called RC Willey (where I purchased the Prizmo TV) to get a replacement remote for my Prizmo 19" TV. Customer service finally gave me a number for Red Rock Sourcing 1-702-252-5049. Red Rock took my Prizmo TV model number and they apologized for any inconvience. I told them no universal remote codes work for the Prizmo TV. Red Rock Sourcing is sending me a free replacement Prizmo remote by Fed-Ex. I hope this helps you.
I had the same problem. I have the 40 inch Proscan and they supplied a remote control guide for comcast. It was only 4 digits and it did not work. I called Comcast and they did not know. I found it needed 5 digits so I added a 1 and it worked The code is 10178. Hope it works for you.
