Xbox 360 the problem is the games will start and after like 3 or 4 minutes the screen starts waving with different colors then eventually it freezes up

Make sure to run the Kinect setup and calibration in the Xbox 360 Dash. Move all the way to the right and select kinect settings. Run the setup and follow the instructions there. Make sure to have a Kinect setup card handy. (comes with games.) This should help with any calibration issues. If that doesn't work, try signing in with a different account, or doing an xbox live sign in test.

The XBox 360 is a wonderful video game console, however, with heavy usage, the laser (and/or other components in the drive) will eventually burn out.

The first signs of the laser starting to burn out is that your game will start freezing during game play. Eventually the games will stop reading altogether and you will get an "OPEN TRAY" message when you put a disc in and close the tray. What this means is that the XBox 360 thinks that there is no disc in the system.

try this. unplug everything (power cord, av cables, wireless adapter, controllers) and take off the hard drive. dont plug anything in for about 1-2 minutes. when the time is up, put the hard drive on first then plug everything else in.

Sounds like a problem with the 360's graphics chip. You might want to phone microsoft support or take it to a 360 repairer.

Most likely your GPU has a broken solder point on the mother board.

it could be overheating, try puting a fan under the xbox 360 and then start it. also if you are using an hdtv try using just a regular tv.

There are two possible solutions to this issue. One the data that you downloaded either got corrupted during transfer somehow or during a resent save. You should delete all the iformation off your hard drive and start fresh. If this doesnt work try takeing off your hard drive and playing a game if it deosnt freeze you will need to either try the delete method or get a new HD.

If this doesnt solve your issue then it is very possible that your system is headed for the red rings of death. My system was fried after i had played assasins creed. It would freeze up and create this checker pattern on my back ground my system shortly after went red ring.

Same problem as the 3 red light error in most cases. As far as freezing.
