sounds like the mag fan went out and blew the internal fuse they are ceramic fuses 15 or 20 amp available at hardware stores ,if this blows again it could be the mag overheated,but the thermal breaker should have shut it off before this,thenit can also be your h.v. diode or capacitor shorted
Hi, if it went dead while it was in use, then it sounds like the HV section (magnetron, HV diode, inverter section - if used, etc) has failed, possibly only economic to fix if it is a convection microwave.
