Are you sure you have both hot and cold water connected? Try turning the water valve on, if you don't have hot water make sure you choose cold cycle. That's the first place I'd start.
If your machine is reasonably old, perhaps take a look at the bushes of the motor . Before that, take the manual and run the test cycles by following the instructions; it might provide you with answers
you will need to replace the control board. take off the 3 screws on top of the control panel. once removed look at the board. you will see a bounch of circuts look toward the middle of the unit and you will see a burned diode, that is causing the unit not ot run and spin out the water. the board will run you about $150. let me know the model number so i cna further assis you.
check if the water pump is not blocked in any way preventing the water from emptying properly as the machine wont continue until the water sensor tell the machine that its ready for the next cycle the pump may not be doing its job preventing the next cycle to take place eric
Hi, You need to reset the drain hose. It needs to be over the water level in the machine. If you have it in a sump pump, it needs to be out of the water in the sump. If I can help you further, please let me know
take bottom front panel off to expose the bottom tray. you will find it full of water. mop water out and machine will run. if fault reoccurs then you have a leak
