Olympus Tewchnical Support- especially if of recent purchase. If an older camera - then simply buy the next one - repair is not an option.

Blurry photos - Olympus Digital Camera

Hi there make sure when your click a snap that time your hand not shaking. After that if you face the same problem then there is a chance of lens error. Its new so your camera under warranty. Just visit service center or Olympus outlet, they will replace the camera. Another thing you can set a shock absorber mode before click the snap from camera setting option . Just try those and please give me a feedback.

The lens refuse to close on my Olympus stylus 850 sw.  It seems jammed. The camera make a warning sound when i turn it off. Can't use it.

same thing happens to mine. olympus wants to charge me more than the camera cost to fix it. It started doing it one month after the warranty expired. The problem does go away for weeks at a time sometimes but always comes back so camera is not dependable. If you shake/hit the camera repeatedly it sometimes fixes itself. Olympus sucks.

Camera keeps turning itself off when I turn it on.

The problem you are describing is a problem with a sensor in the lens assembly. It seems to have failed and needs to be replaced. Following are the instructions to send your camera to Olympus for service.

Resolution

No, it resets itself because it is an older camera. Most older cameras will, once turned off, return to their original settings.
So, if you want it to be 76 frames, you will have to do that each time you turn on your camera.
