It could be you have to heavy a load or you do not have the washer level. Most washers have screw out feet that can be adjusted to keep them from shaking so violently the best thing to do is set a lever in different positions and directions on the top and level it completely and see if that does not fix your problem.

I replaced my rotors and pads on my 1994 pick up (4x4) as I apply the brakes the right front shakes severely. I had the rotor resurfaced, checked to make sure the new inner and outer bearings are seated...

Seems likely that the rotor is the problem. There are affordable dial indicators at tool stores these days ... although if the shaking is severe and it IS the rotor you can probably see the run out when you spin the axle.

Small spring is hanging red clip on floor tub dose not look level water coming out around sides an top when it spins

this is one of several drum balancing spring clips and it broke or popped-off. This will for sure make the spin cycle shake the drum very much and spill water. Nedd to open the machine housing and replace/repair the spring.

Loud noise during spin cycle

Open the cabinet top and check along the sides for a broken or out-of-position damper. Shake the mechanism in several directions to help locate. Hope this helps!

Washer shakes terribly in spin cycle

Does the floor or the walls shake? If they do you have to beef up the flooring under your washer, with blocks between the floor joists, piers, or sistering of the joists. If there is no shaking of the floor or walls, and your washer is solid on the ground, leveled and not rocking, then it is your washer. Lg has problems with too much vibration in their washers. Check to make sure that your lint filter/coin catcher is clean. Open the door in the bottom front, put a towel down to catch the water, Unplug the washer, and unscrew the large plastic screw that is the filter for your washer. If this has debris in it clean it out completely. Look in the hoses also, if your water drain is restricted by lint or coins or other debris, the washer has clothes in it that are wetter and heavier than they should be, and this will cause sever vibration. Rocks and bounces during spin cycles

You don't state what type and model of washer you have but following is the Whirlpool service manual for top load direct drive washers.

Check the sections on the base and suspension springs and pads.

If one or more of these is not connected, or the pads are damaged, the washer will vibrate during the spin mode.

Drum shakes during spin cycle

I have a 7 year old duet washer. It started to shake during the spin cycle. It is level and the shocks and springs holding the drum are working. When the washer gets to the spin cycle, it is apparent that the drum is off center.
I tore the machine apart and found that there is a bracket at the back of the drum. This bracket sits in water so it was covered in slime. I found several large cracks in the bracket. Once these cracks occur, there is now way the drum can spin correctly. The bracket is welded to the back of the drum, so it has to be completely replaced.
What a poor design. I would guess that many, many other people will be seeing the same problem within a couple years. I was lucky in that I did not pay for a repairman to try to fix it.

Severe drum? shaking and display lights flicker during spin cycle

Loose mounting points or broken pins. If not that then possibly drum shaft could be cracked.
