Printer Driver for Mac

There are no printer drivers for a PowerBook G4 or PowerMac or any canon printer drivers for this model for mac. Are their any work around drivers that work. I have been researching this since I bought the printer/copier. We have been using it for our windows basedd machines only. Virtual PC is on one Powerbook and will only connect by cable.

Same here, except I have a 24" iMac running OS-X.  Canon USA does not have a Mac driver on their website for the imageclass d860 and they have not replied to my e-mails.  Can my mac work with NT or Win2000 drivers?  or is there a Website that provides unsupported drivers?

Mac and 810 compatible?

Unfortunately most DELL printers have no Mac compatibility and the 810 is no exeption, having no printer drivers for it makes it virtually useless on a Mac as the two devices can't communicate with each other.

Mac Powerbook using a Dell 810 all in one Printer

No, because that model printer is just rubbish. Throw the thing out and purchase a laser Brother HL-2170 and it will work just splendid with the Apple PowerBook G4.

OS-x driver for Brother HL-730 (600dpi) printer

Macs don't use drivers, but rather .ppd files.  you should be able to download the PPD from brothers website:  http://www.openprinting.org/ppd-o-matic.cgi?driver=hl7x0&printer=Brother-HL-730&show=0
(Direct Download Link)
When you are in system settings, goto printers, select the network printer, and when you get to choose the PPD from the pulldown menu choose "Other" and you should be able to browse to the PPD you downloaded.
you are using a UNIX based system.  The Linux PPD should work just fine.

Brother mfc210c printer driver

I believe your brother printer uses one driver for fax/scan and another driver for printing. It might seem like you haven't installed the printer driver, only the fax/scan driver. You should find the driver file and the instruction on this brother.com page:

PS: the driver linked to above is for os 10.4. You might want to search for a different version if you have a newer/older OS.

If the link doesn't work, search for the driver from brother.com's site and download and install the driver by following their 12 points instruction. Good luck!
