Samsung slider phone

My samsung slider phone only worked for a few weeks at most. The screen started by reversing the image on it. Then it would flip upside down or diagonally or the image would move partially on or off the screen. This would happen when I would slide open the phone and the image would remain that way when turned off and on the next time. The screen image slowly got worse until it completely disappeared. Now the screen is white. Any help please, it will be appreciated.

Hi reckon you have a faulty ribbon cable replace and it should be ok thats if a software flash doesnt sovle ya problemas lylo recommends mrjazon

First you can take the old one out, try to unbend it and use again. Sometimes it works, but not for long time. The best thing is just to replace it on your self. The software on your phone is not working properly, take it to your local fixit man, and he will reload the sofware for you, but you will loose everythin on your phone

I don't know your model but you just need to go into the menu and look for the section that explains how to reverse or rotate your image. Many people ceing mount them upside down and need to flip the picture which is what has happened to you.

Last week, i started seeing horizontal lines on the screen. sometimes it goes away and sometimes in comes back. it seems to come back when i put the camera on the sides ways or flip it upside down.

Projector displays reverse image also has grayish purple color

Use the remote to go into the menu and change the screen position. There are 4 to choose from, flip left, flip right, flip upside down left, flip upside down right. It may be tricky to navigae the menu backward though.

Thats not completely true, it is easier to replace just the top half of the phone but you can replace only the LCD. The repair will probably need to be done by somebody who has some experience doing this becaus it can be rather tedious. But it is possible.

Once, at University, someone had flipped the screens of all the public computers (running on Windows XP) of the English Department upside down. The wallpaper, desktop icons, fonts, mouse-cursor and even the start-up screen...everything was displayed or moved upside down. People could not check out their e-mails or surf or do anything.
To reverse the upside down screen mode, press ctrl, alt and the up arrow (arrows console) at the same time; the screen will probably go blank. Turn off the monitor, turn it on again and the display will be normal again. If you possess a sense of humour or are antisocial, press ctrl, alt and the down arrow simultaneously, turn off the monitor, turn it on again and everyone (excluding the culprit) will be desperate --> upside down! Works for Windows XP Home and Prof.
