Will not print directly to cd cover had it on epsom cd print been thru truble shooting users giudeevery thing i can think of priner is brand new never been used

Make sure there is enough room for the CD tray to move through the back of the machine. Describe fully exactly whit is is you are trying to do.

    If you are downloading files to print
    Are You?
    Then it is two operations
    Download- save to folder.
    Open CD print - find the file in the normal way- adjust then print.
    It has be done in separate stages
    Is that what you are after?

My Epsom S20 printer takes ages to respond to Word
Are you using the correct driver for it?
to find the driver open printers and faxes right click the desired printer, go to properties.
Click on advanced tab and check the driver there. It should match the model of the printer.
If it does the driver may be corrupted.
The uninstall current driver( the install Cd that came with printer should have uninstall option there) then reinstall it again.
This should fix the problem.

Removed epsom rx600 printer installed lexmark f480 get ocr prob
If you are using MS Vista Operating System then your scanner feature will not work as there is no provision for it in Vista. If you are using MS XP or older, unistall the software from your pc. Detach the device and restart the pc. Re-install the drivers from the cd. DO NOT CONNECT the printer at this stage. Connect it ONLY when prompted or at the completion of installation. Good luck

Go to control panel, click on printers, look for stylus c46 icon, right click and cancel all documents. restart your computer afterwards.

Epsom Stylus Photo R300
Yes I had a similar problem and in fact returned my printer for a replacement. You need clearance as the CD tray emerges some 2.5 to 3 inches behind the printer. If the tray hits an obstacle it is unable to correctly line up for printing and the trat is rejected

Describe what YOU call CD covers? There is an anomaly here. Are you simply printing onto a4 paper for jewel case inserts or do you mean actually printing onto the CD.
