LCD button sticks sometimes....very annoying.

Sometimes (10-20% of the time) when i press the controls on the LCD display the button stays depressed and the only way to unstick the button is by pressing the exit button repeatedly. Someone please help me with this...its getting so annoying.

I would bet it's the graphics your using. If your using a high resolution graphic as a button, the remote may have trouble due to memory limitations. You need to drop the resolution on the graphics if that is the case.

Let's eliminate the chance of a faulty remote by using one of the factory installed templates. If you still have the same response time problems contact me for some advanced troubleshooting.

Information window constant in middle of screen

Check to see that the menu button has not been permanently depressed, perhaps by the plastic button having been pressed down a little too hard and breaking off internally, jamming the microswitch behind it that it operates. I have encountered this situation many times in other monitors. Worth checking :o) Can sometimes also be cause by foreign materials jamming the button in it's cutout. The microswitch may also have failed. Alternatively, you have a fauly control microprocessor and will need board level service to the monitor

I have a fixed image in the middle of my screen. The one to increase/decrease the volume. I cannot close it, I cannot move it, and the mouse has not access to it. I do not know if it is linked but...

Well, it certainly is related. This is OSD (On Screen Display) for adjustment, activated by those pushbuttons.
Did you try to completely unplug the power cable from the monitor for a minute and then reattaching it?
One of those pushbuttons may have got stuck in a depressed position, check if all of them click properly when pressed; sweet drinks spilled and dried off can make a button stick, and sometimes the plastic itself may develop enough friction for a button to stay in a depressed position.

If all the buttons work freely, the monitor may need professional servicing.

LCD 170S7FB/00 shoeing message that ( MONITOR CONTROLS LOCKED) I'm traying to fix that problem by press the menu botton about 15 seconds, But also doesn't work thanks

Take a tooth-pick. Jam it between the OK button and the next button. so that the OK button stays permanently depressed. This makes the message go away. After a long time (in my case 30 hours) you will suddenly see the that the controls are unlocked. Magic.

Universal MX 3000 LCD gets stuck

It may be the graphics you have loaded on. Are they your own creation? I suggest syncing it with a pre-made template from URC. If not it can be that the sceen has been slightly impacted.

'test' displayed on washing machine

After pressing different buttons and waiting 10 to 15 seconds after turning the power off, I have finally found the solution.
When you have pressed the "Start/Cancel" button to start your wash programme the LCD shows "test".
You must then press the "Start/Cancel" button which will give you the normal temperature and washing time and then importantly you must depress both the "Start/Cancel" button with the "On/Off" button which will give you a different LCD message and then it will automatically resets itself.

ALL THE BEST!
