I have a brand-new (or, almost) Black & Decker Multi-Cuisine Grande electric skillet, model number SKG605. My son dropped the temperature control module on the floor, and dropped something heavy on top of it...bless him. In essence, the temperate regulator no longer regulates. The spare part number, from the owner's manual, for the regulator unit is 1029X-110BHU-B2P0. I have sent e-mails to the Black & Decker support site and one other, and have received no response. I'm not looking for a warranty replacement here, but am willing to buy a new regulator outright. Does anyone know where I can get one? Thx...
What about ordering it through the retailer you purchased it from? It is likely this is the only route-

I am not suggesting amazon carry parts as indeed any retailer- but if your item was faulty for example- they would take it back to send to B%D
Therefore can they not order parts for your self or give a supplier reference?
For example here in the UK we have a large catalogue retailer with stores in most towns.
Pick your item from the boo and go in and get it
or have larger items delivered - they list all their supplier so that you can contact direct for non warranty queries- such as yours.
