Um, hard to find eh ? Ok here are 2 links for those parts, in stock at mouser.
I didn't see any cross refs for that one. The only thing i didn't check was searching for other 150V N-Channel QFET, and 150V P-Channel QFET's, if you find some you could compare the datasheets. If you don't have time to lose, order from mouser :)

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
You need to replace the transistor nearest the motor relay. It is a small transistor numbered 9013. Other transistors with the same number turn on and off other features of the unit such as heating. I got my transistors from fairchild semiconductor. Open the lid, unscrew the screw that holds the black plastic rim of the control panel, and then youll be able to pop off the control panel cover and see the two circuit boards, the one you want is the one without the lcd screen and large relays. Order your new transistors and replace.
