Minolta 2050 code c0500 Fuser problem. Warm-up incomplete

Reset button is located behind the copier remove the rear upper cover you see a circuit board with machine on depress the small black button on the board. If the code comes back then the fusing unit the hot part is broke could be thermistor, heat fuse, heat lamp or the board that controls it. Have a tech look at it. DO not continue to reset or a fire can occur that would ruin a perfectly good day:) Code is the for the FUSER!!!!

Code c0500

C0500 is a warm-up error on those little machines. Try holding the stop button while switching on, that should reset the code. It sometimes happen if it's kinda cold, or when the power dips. If the code comes back, you'll have to replace the fuser unit.

Minolta error code c0500

A C0500 code deals with the fuser temp. You maybe able to reset the code, by pressing the trouble rest switch. If it will not clear you will need to look deeper into the fuser unit. I don't know what model you have, so I can not go any further. Good Luck

I have a problem whith minolta dualta di200,the problem is "error code c0500,can somebody help me?

C0500
The temperature of the Fusing Rollers does not reach
the required level even after the lapse of a given
period of time during a warm-up cycle.

There should be a small opening or hole on the right of the operation panel, use a paper clip to press the button inside. This will reset the machine. If the error code was a glitch or a false code the machine should operate. If the code comes back you will need to have a technician replace the fuser assembly
