I moved my dvd,sky box and playstation about the other day and since then i cant eject a dvd from my system (DAV-S888, the displaycomes up with "LOCKED" the dvd that is in will play no problems but wont eject and its doing my head in, alsocant find my user manual(can anyone help me please).

wot u need to do is.....our red and white audio leads go from sky box to dvd box...we then put our dvd player onto video 1 using function button on remote

hehehe, its funny problem. let me try to help you.
1- Press Power to turn the set ON.
2- select DVD function.
3- press STOP and EJECT buttons for Five (5) Seconds.
4- the message UNLOCKED will display.

This is not what it means... What it means is that the reciever/speaker cables are very degraded and are taking too long to process or transmit information. Are your rear speakers very very long?
If they are, this is a problem and you should get lower gauge wire. if you are using the tiny tiny wires sony provides, GAH, you are in troubles!
At any rate, there SHOULD be an option in the recievers menu to sync this up. Toy with that and you should be in business... if not, let me know and we'll go from there...
