Washer fills with water, begins to rotate like normal, but when water stops a noise occurs like slipping plastic gears and the drum stops and eventually an "OE" or possibly "CE" error flashes. If I switch to rinse and spin the washer starts back up but will not drain. After draining water out the trap, washer will attempt to run again including proper drum rotation until what seems to be getting to the full level (water). Running an EXTREMELY light load.

Check first if repositioning the drain hose would help solve the problem. If your unit employs a drain valve, have it checked out. It has a solenoid or a small motor that opens and closes the part. Check as well the drain pump if it is running or no power is being supplied. Have the wire checked to see if there are loose connections.

oe is an error code for pump problem disconnect power cord open small door on lower front of cabinet pull little tube out and plug from tube and drain water in to bucket after water is drained unscrew cap of pump to clear out any obstructions reinstall the cap and plug and give a test run

Take the front off and check all the hoses going in and out of the drain pump.
