DPFMate Software not available

I received a digital photo fame made by Jazz. Instruction book says that DPFMate software will automatically start but it does not. What do I do?

    Well, double clicking on DPFMate.exe states it is not a valid win 32 application....

After powerup hold down power button (just a second or two then release) to get to the menu go to usb connect press arrow and select yes. you should be able to explore your Digital Photo Frame (D.P.F.)as a usb storage device double click on DPFmate.exe It should startup manually then.

Sorry, but what happens if a pop-up say that the application failed to initialize properly?

if you download an use Dpfmate from googled sites
all those are infected. vast. tread lightly or doom happens.
no CHROME OS mostly does not run windows apps.

We have a Digital Photo Frame, model 13690/13597. I have the owner's manual and it says the software will autorun, but it does not. I tried clicking on it from my desktop and it still doesn't...
The software is designed to run automatically in Windows systems. It might not work in Mac or Linux systems. It might not work in Windows 7 also.
It will not work even if you click it on Mac or Linux systems.

Do you have a card in the photo frame??? most do not have internal memeory and you need to install a separate card for it to have memeory and be recognized...

I cant get pictures on my digital photo keychain...when i connect the USB it ask me if I want to open it in windows (its the only program offered) so when i click on it it opens a white box with 5...
Make sure you are signed in your computer as administrator.

This might not be the exact manual for your camera but it is pretty close, and should have most of the same features.. I have looked high and low for these, cause there are a lot of people needing manuals.

Sorry but it was the closest I could find.

I really hope this helps you. Also the software that comes on the cd with these cameras is made by Arcsoft. Media Impressions, and Media Converter. I am still looking for a link to the software for folks needing it.
