All you need to do is to reset your device using the software resetter

Download the software run the program,accept the condition given and select the particular adjustment or do this steps;
1. Download the ME32 T121X RESETTER, extract it to your designated folder.
2. Run the Adjustment program and click ACCEPT to continue.
3. Click model name ..there are two options.ME 32 or T121X .
4. Click DESTINATION or location at present then click ok.
5. Click PARTICULAR ADJUSTMENT MODE then select WASTE INK PAD COUNTER.Then click OK.
6. Check two boxes the MAIN PAD COUNTER and FL BOX COUNTER then Click INITIALIZATION.
7. Icon box prompt and you to turn on and of the printer device>>then its all DONE>>>

Do replacement procedure, follow How to.. on status monitor. When asked to replace ink tank, unplug all ink tanks, and plug only cyan ink tank. Next....next.. Finish. See status monitor. Is cyan recognized (Not cross sign)? If yes, repeat procedure, without unplugging, plug others 1 by 1.
If no, check for chip connector (for cyan) at carriage, or try to use another cyan ink tank.
