Mp3 Sick.... My SanDisk Sansa will not play anything through the headset, adapter, speakers that I got for it but I can play the songs when I use it with one of my music sites but that is only because it will pull of the song list in the library on the service I'm using.
It all also tells me to complete a music subscription in order to sync and this has been done.
It just started doing this for no apparent reason. It also will not sync songs that are purchased...etc.
I need my music!

Sansa Clip won't turn off right? push up power button and hold it for 10 to 20 second, your device will turn off now.
After that, you should update your new firmware from sandisk forum, you should check Sansa Clip or Sansa Clip+ from the following web, http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/
Good luck
The mp3 Sansa e250 Sandisk seems to work on the computer and shows all the stored music contents but when I try to paly the songs by itself "No Songs" message appears. No song or video is being played. Is there any solution to make it work as before?
Go ahead and do this, in case the DB is corrupted:
Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. Note: this method doesn't work if already have the latest firmware. Go to this website and click "Firmware Updater" to find out: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/DriverDownloads.aspx
download Switch by searching for it on google...then you can change the formats of your songs to anything you like and you can change how big the file gets converted to!!!
you can make them pretty small and then you can fit about 2,000 songs on a 2 GB!
hope this helps!
don't worry Switch does not give you spyware or viruses.. I checked! :]
this will "clean up" the files you want to put on your sansa...
Depends on the format of the song. If it is .AAC it wont play on the Sansa. You'll need to convert the song to mp3 or wmv format, do a google search for "Mp3 converters" if you need to find a converter
I suggest try updating the firmware of the player. Have you tried listening to the FM station to see if it is only the songs that are being affecter? Also try to use another headphone.
