Turn on unit and red and green lights blink together

The blinks are a code. If 3 red blinks, could be power board.

Lamp is possible----

Here's something that might also be useful. After you turn on the set, and get the regular red blinky lights, hold down the Device and Menu buttons together for about 5 seconds.
The Power light will start to flash in a two digit sequence.
For example, 3 flashes, then 7 flashes = 37.
Here are the error codes, and the corresponding problem:
12 = No error detected, check power supply.
32 = Lamp Cover is open.
33 = Air filter cover is open.
34 = Lamp abnormality
36 = Light Engine (DMD or Lamp Fan stopped)
37 = Exhaust or Lamp Ballast Fan stopped
38 = Lamp Temperature High
39 = DMD Temperature High
41 = Short is detected
44 = DVI cable between FMT and Engine disconnected

Hi,
Question shows tv is Sony KDF-60WF655.
Green light blinks when tv gets prepare to fire up lamp, check internal circuits then show picture on front screen.
Red light blinking shows some kind of internal problem during circuit check and protection got activated upon some failure.
Count the red light blink as you will see 3 second long pause and post it here to diagnose what section of tv got problem.
Did you replaced its lamp in last 2-3 years?

1. move unit closer to cad sensor, if it works your battery in Cad is weak, change it with CR 2032 (3 volt). 2. are you pressing the reset button , the red light comes on then turns green and blinks green for sixty passes of the Cad. 3. If the red light does not turn green the reset button is faulty. 4. make sure its a 305 and not a 205 as this does not work with cad ( I know! but you would be surprised how many dealers will sell both units together)

The EEprom (memory of the machine) has crash. Needs to be re-programmed or substituted.

This machine is a looser. Mine has same blink codes. Its been serviced every year since it was installed 3-4 years ago.. Since the elctric work was half the cost of installing it, maybe Ill put in a differnt brand!

There are (4) 1000uf @35V capacitors all together on the DM board that need to be replaced some models have 1000uf @ 16V but they are all right beside each other and all rated at 1000ufs the voltages will be stamped on the capacitor along with the uf ratings.

What are the labels on the lights? Timer/Lamp/Service and what color is wich?
