is modem in bridge mode? sounds like you try wireless first. the router would then do the dhcp to get you on the net I would hook modem to router to tower. you may also want to power cycle them.
You can either hook up your PS3 through hard wire using an ethernet cable plugged into your PS3 and your modem or wireless since the PS3 has a built in wi - fi adapter for the wireless network in range.
If you do not have the drivers on media, then you will have to obtain them first. Can you temporarily hookup wired and get them downloaded? or use a usb flash drive on another computer to access and download the drivers...
you need to get the adapter from best buy for about 20 bucks... then find the correct wire code for you head unit and splice into these wires with the "RCA line out adapter" i will be happy to assist you more if you can provide more detail
u need a router to share internet connection, not 2 modems, from the way your explaining it im going to assume you just bought the modem went home and plugged it up, Well.. thats not going to work , your modem needs to be registered with the network your trying to access(comcast)
