you probally need a different driver then. google it.
if your runnin windows xp open task manager and if you do have the process IMGJTM.exe running end it immediately, all it does is screw you up on the Inputs for all devices including your keyboard if its usb

where you hook up the batteries, make sure there is no corrosion on the contacts, it will look either green or white and have a flaky look to it.

If you don't see corrosion, try a know new set of batteries. If that doesn't work then the problem is in the dockstation.
