Sony cdxm9905x i have linked up my ps2 in my car so i can use the video fuction on the head unit but here is the problem it says in the manual to press source untill AUX comes up but mine does not. the ps2 works and you can play it but it has cd and track on the screen and how do you turn aux on can you help

There are specific steps to take in order to display video. Simply going to AUX won't do it. Refer back to your user manual. The e-brake wire must also be properly connected in order for the video to work.

hey there if you go here http://www.us.playstation.com/Support/Manuals/PS2_70k

you will be able to find the manuals for the ps2 on the 7000 series please refer to page 12 of the manual.

if its a fat model on the left hand part of the screen when you click the link you will see "playstation 3000-5000"

and you can select that and find the manuals that way.

For the ps2 fat version the model number is on the back of the unit and the ps2 slimeline version is on the bottom of the unit.

make sure your tv is set to the right channel or input device setting mode.

good day thanks my problem is that my stereo as I stayed glued not let me enter any occion as fm, am, aux and cd; turns on but only shows the demos that brings the radio and reset it but still does not work the last time That way I was when I turned on my car and got stuck. be grateful someone help me find a diagnosis. thanks.
