Has anyone experienced this problem with the bug-prone Rio ce2100? Mine is frequently turning off by itself, even with an adequately-charged battery. I think a few times it turned itself back on after a short period of time. Anyone know what the deal is with this? Thanks!
Hi. I recommend a firmware upgrade. You can obtain this by doing the following: 1) Connect the player to your computer with the USB cable. 2) Wait for "idle" to be displayed on the player screen. 3) Double-click the file that you downloaded from the Rio website. The update should take approximately 30 seconds to load. and here is the link for your firmware upgrade file. http://www.digitalnetworksna.com/support/rio/downloads/ce2100/RioCe2100_firmware_143.exe Good Luck
