Where is the reset button on my kenwood kdc-c719 cd changer

there is no reset button, the reset is to disconnect power to the unit and see if it starts up ok, you do say problem but if it is loading problem then resetting it will not fix it.

When i press cd on my radio it constantly says reading on the screen but no sound is coming out.i have a classic beetle and it needs music

The problem normally is to the reading head. You have to open the player find the head and clean it with a cotton stick very gently. Then try to listen a cd. If it works it's ok, or else your head is broken and you have to replace it thing that I am not suggesting because of the high cost of the head.

Kenwood KDC-C662 6-Disc CD Changer - Error 'T99'

Hi....

Just accumulated dust can cause issues with the reader pickup
I'm not sure what T99 means but if you want to spend $35-90 to fix it,
it would be worth it.

Can't eject cd magazine - E-99 error message

I had the same problem. I opened up the unit and found out that there is a plastic gear that moves the loader. When worn the loader can not load tha magazines nor change cd's. I replaced the gear and the cd autochanger worked fine.

Kenwood KDC-2025 won't play CDs

source http://www.kenwood.nl/support/veelgestelde_vragen/ Changer Error Codes ? E-00: Poor Cable connection. ? E-01: Magazine not properly set in changer. ? E-02: No Disc in magazine. ? E-03: CD does not have selected track number. ? E-04: Disc is dirty, upside down or unreadable. ^^^^ ? E-10: No data is recorded on the MD. The player plays the next disc automatically. ? E-99: Changer malfunction, disc may be caught in machine or changer requires service. I suggest the lens needs a clean, or someone has dropped it and broken the delicate lens mech. Luck

Hi the kenwood changers suffer from jamming up, and dry joints on the socket. try wiggleing the large socket/cable on the cd changer. otherwise you will need to take it for repair. if you would like to have it repaired, please see www.carradiospares.co.uk

KDC-MP228 cd no play w/ codes

Gave up on it and bought a pioneer. Kenwood said to take it in to a service center. The service center would have cost me more than the crappy stereo.
