I have just brought a memory card for my praktica dcz3.2s but cant seem to download my pics from the camera to the memory card any help most welcome thanks
You can not download pictures to your card. YOu can copy them with your computer. Just plug your card in to your printer, plug your camera into your computer and copy the DCIM file from your 100_**** (where **** means your camera name, ex:100_fuji.

Prakticam, unhelpfully don't have anything for their cameras more than a couple of years old and don't seem to care if you mislay the disc you paid for.So be warned, don't buy Praktica. I have the 5200, you have firstly to put your usb in computer, switch on camera, switch camera to view pictures taken mode, and because it auto switches to take picture mode you then carefully attach camera end into camera whilst camera is still switched on! Then go to my computer and click on F: the pictures download. Then to save them click on first pic, hold shift key down and then click on last pic they should all highlight, right click and then hover 'send to' and send by left clicking to my documents. I remember that it took me 4 hours to work it out. Found this looking for manual to download, cannot change date now......
just phoned the praktica company and you cant download from camera to memory card you need a usb lead which they supply at £10.00 cheque or postal order
