Sounds like it was stolen,must people won't believe you but if it's true call garmin they will help you when you prove it's really yours
The only way to unlock a locked Garmin GPS is to enter the correct PIN number, or take the unit to the security location at which the PIN was entered. Your only other option is to send the unit back to Garmin.

Boy was I FUCKED by Garmin! I was upstate, it was cold, my index finger I guess twitched a little as I was entering the PINS number and landed on a wrong digit. I WAS LOCKED OUT!! Not a ******* clue where I am, no map, dark, long, twisty country roads. I had to call a State Trooper to rescue me and escort me to the highway!!! So UNFUCKING FAIR!!!

Patel Can you remember the location you first entered the PIN. If you can, go back to this location & the unit will allow you to enter a new PIN or remove the old PIN. Richard New Zealand
