I have the same TV and I believe I got the same problem. Green light comes on when trying to turn the tv on but screen stays blank and after about 6 minutes a yellow light starts blinking (around 12 times) and then it goes off. Sometimes the screen will come on but it wont stay on yet the green light will followed by the yellow light.
Any idea what could be wrong?
In the power supply you have six
Electrolytic capacitors you have to take the cover off the power supply to get to them. 3 of them will be 1000 uf @ 16v and the other 3 will be 1000 uf @ 35v the tops of them will probaly be bulged up replace those and that should solve your problem. you can replace all 6 with 1000 uf @35v and get them at radio shack for $1.79 each.

You have a power supply defect.
Take your unit to a service center and have them fix it. They may tell you they can't fix it. Ask them for a work order stating they can't fix it.
With your work order, call 1877-297-8391 and you will recieve a tv
