Question about JVC GR-D31 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
There may be a microswitch that detects the cap that's stuck. Take it to your dealer first, then try calling JVC for support.

I have the same problem. Pictures are not displayed on either LCD or ViewFinder. Please advise.
I have the same problem. Says lens cap is on when it isn't. Screen is black, but records sound. Manual focus indicator is also blinking. Thanks.
