Hi, I am wondering if you can help me with my juicer, my mom tried putting a mid size apple slice into the juicer and kinda forced her way in, then the juicer just suddenly stopped and will not work again. Is there anyway to fix it or it's gone forever? Thanks.

No not if they are organic. Much of the goodness lies just below or in the skin. Much non organic fruit and veg though is chemically sprayed so better to remove those.
Hi, It is easier to solve the problem than it sounds. The solution is underneath of the machine located reset button called 'power overload'. Press it and here we have Vita working again. Have a nice glass of juice!
