If the number listed in the description of your problem is the model and serial number, then it is most definitely counterfeit.

Just follow the arrow from the links at the back. need some tools to use it. sharp tools needed.

Try putting it in a warm place (not very hot) for a day or so. An airing cupboard is a suitable place.

You have an self winding watch and to wind is up fully using the self winding mechanism you need to shake it for some time.

I think it is likely that you can winding it manually using the crown. You may have to pull the crown out to find the manual winding position.

The crown may be locked in and if it doesn't pull out , try turning it anticlockwise then pull it out.

You should have some instructions with your watch, if you haven't contact your supplier and ask for a copy.
