Question about HP DeskJet F4280 All In One Printer InkJet
I have selected the appropriate Avery template of 5160 and when I test print on plain paper everything looks right. However, when I put in the label paper, the top spacing is incorrect, and therefore ruins the rest of the labels on the page. Any tips? On the back of the actual labels, it says to be sure to switch the printer setting of paper type from plain paper to labels, but my printer properties do not give me that option?

open the related word document.
select 1 line above the Text in question, press enter twice.
That way, the text will drop by 2 lines.
try a test page on this, alternatively try using a different label layout, until you get the desired result.
Other than the AveryL7160.

I eventually managed to print my labels one sheet at a time by forcing the label top edge down the page. You can insert one or two lines above the label template and adjust the font size to get the right distance. It took a bit of trial & error but got there in the end. Hope it helps you
