My Brother Fax T86 machine will not allow me to extend the ring delay beyond 4 rings before it switches to voice recording. Is there a way to extend the ring delay to, say 10 rings or more before it switches to voice recording? How do I do this?
Try this... 1. Press Menu/Set 2, 1 2. Press <-- or --> to select Ring Delay, then press Menu/Set 3. Press <-- or --> to select how many times the line rings before the machine answers, then press Menu/Set when you see the desired ring number. 4. Press Stop to exit. Hope this helps.
