Clock of the computer

I have a Toshiba Portege M400 PC tablet. the clock of my computer doesn't work when I turn off the computer and it is aways slow. even when the computer is on it doesn't work properly. Please help me for the solution

This means that the cmos battery on the motherboard is flat and keeps losing time and date and probably the memory settings, this is only a small disc shaped watch type battery CR2032 and can be found on the motherboard, a pc repair shop would be able to do it for you for a small fee.
