They have 3 or 4 repair centers in the USA.
Make sure it is assembled correctly and the latch arms snap shut completely without any undue force. Also on the bottom of the juicer there should be a reset button that might have tripped, just push it in. Other wise give Omega a call.
Believe it can be done. You might have to file or shave the new arm a little then seat it as best as possible and tap it in place with a screw driver and hammer. If you do manage to attach the new arm and the fit is a little too snug when you latch down the cover, file the upper tip of the arm for a little more tolerance. Also, believe it or not, a worn blade will produce less vibration. There is a set screw bottom center. With the juicer fully assembled, unlock it, turn it clockwise until feed chute contacts the shredder blade and back it off a half turn. You now have the proper gap between the chute and blade.
Make sure the bottom of the feed chute is not damaged. If it,s chipped or scored, try filing it down level as best you can. Then with the juicer fully assembled, unlock the set screw on the center of the bottom and turn it clockwise until the chute contacts the blade, then back it off a half turn and lock it down. By the way a dull worn blade will produce less vibration. I'm assuming the lid is plastic.
THE CENTER NUT IS A LOCKING NUT TO SECURE SET SCREW THAT LOWERS AND RAISES THE MOTOR TO ADJUST CHUTE TO BLADE GAP. THE 4 SCREWS RELEASE THE BASE WHICH MUST BE JUICED TOGETHER. KEEP TRYING IT WILL COME APART. ORDER NEW SWX FROM WARING AT 800 492 7464.
