Please turn off the phone, remove the SIM card for a while, reinsert it and turn on the phone. Check if the phone is getting any signals.
Make sure that the phone is not in Airplane mode. If the issue persists contact the service provider.
Check to make sure that the 4g is configured properly on your phone first. I don't know your phone, but even if you toggled airplane mode nothing would have changed if 4g wasn't enabled to begin with. If that doesn't work, try contacting your carrier.
One trick is to go into settings and go into mobile networks and turn off your mobile network connection. Then put the phone into airplane mode. Give it 30 seconds then take it out of airplane mode and turn on mobile network if it doesn't automatically. Also just try rebooting the phone.
Hey, I have a few possible solutions for you. The big thing is do you have a full signal where you are trying to access the internet? If you are in Roaming you can't use the Internet! Look on your phone and there should be an Icon that indicates If Data Services are Picking up a signal. Try this if you don't have the Data Service Icon ,which normally will be IN ROAMING Mode, then you will know what is wrong. If the signal is perfect and the Data Service is Good, then go into settings and make sure that you don't have AIRPLANE MODE turned on, this blocks incoming calls and the Internet.
