In order to receive calls, you must turn Notifications on for your magicJack APP.
On your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, go to Settings, Notifications, and select magicJack APP
Make sure that Alert Style is set to Notifications and Sounds are turned on
You can also shut down the magicJack APP by "double-clicking" the "Home" button on your device, tapping and holding down the magicJack APP icon, and then tapping the "X" icon in the top right corner of the magicJack APP icon.
Once the magicJack APP has been shut down, you can re-launch it by tapping the icon.
The printer will have it's optimum performance when plugged in to an analog signal. MagicJack has digital signal which is very unreliable. Not really recommended to be used as a fax line since transmission signal through it is poor. Remote Fax Error comes up when you have a poor quality of transmission. Also, check if you have assigned it with the correct fax number and a fax name. But I strongly advise you to use analog transmission signal tel line for faxing. Hope I can assist you more on this.
