Nordic Track x9i screen stuck in boot

Take it of your Android system and just use the factory settings.

Computer panel is possibly dead. I had them send me a completely new panel for my x9i. I was under warranty, though. It's actually pretty easy to install yourself, with their instructions and another person.

Have you connected the tablet to the internet via WiFi? As I am reading on your treadmill it has the ability to connect to internet and that maybe what it is looking for, so it can update itsself.

Can you delete the program that didn't complete?

I also have an X9i treadmill hardly used .smells like its burning. It also is not acting right while on it. Whats causing this? it cost $2000.00 no joke I thought Norditrak was a better company. I purchased it from Back country.

You should immediately replace the console. That console will just keep getting worse. This is endemic of this brand, however it usually happens a lot further in the life of the unit. When you call Nordictrack have your model number.

Anyways, there is a solution. I dont think this post was ever resolved, so I ran across this site that offered a few steps that allowed me to fix the reboot issue and a few nice folks who would reply to any questions.

This sounds like a common problem with ifit on treadmills. I came across this site a few weeks back and it helped! There's a few folks there that could offer suggestions too. best of luck!

try to RUN the software calibration, see your instr. manual how to enter and proceed for easy diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix it.

Adjust the reed switch, see the diagram attached, clean, and tight the connector very well.

Anyway I recommend to call the service Help, in the place where you did buy your treadmill.

However you can RUn THE SOFTWARE calibratin for diagnose, troubleshootin, and fix it, follow the steps in your instructions manual.
