Did you register the watch with Citizen UK? because they can give support, after you registered. I don't think they mind if you bought the watch outside the UK, as long as it is not on a list with stolen watches.

Having read the instructions I see that for America you have to select "USA" first and then the appropriate city, have you done this?. The list of four options covers 4 time zones, so you should be able to get the correct time for your area.

When I bought an atomic watch recently, I had to leave it overnight to catch the timekeeping signals. I see that you posted your question only 14 hours ago. How long have you had it. GIve your watch a day or so for it to latch on to the correct time.

Check that the "autoreceive" is "on".

Check that the daylight saving time (DST) is correctly set. The manuals indicate that some areas may not be using it?

mcdevito75 here, I'm figureing you have only one (1) button on your watches, some, even cheap digitals have two (2) buttons, one of which is ususlly for a light. Some have two (2) buttons, one says MODE the other says SET. For one button (1) digitals, This will usually say set, when you press this button you should see the display change, to month then press set agin to see date, press set again to go back to time of day. NOW!! look for a DIMPLE, an INDENTATION on the side of the watch fairly close to the other button, press this DIMPLE in with a tooth pick, pin or the point of a pen, this is your MODE, press once, see the display flash, now with the set button, set whatever display is flashing, press MODE again, set this next display, when all displays, Month, Day, Date and time of day, hour and minute are set, press MODE again to see steady display. when you press set now, you can see the corrected display, press the set button for each display you want to view until you come back to the time of day display. That"s it.

mcdevito75 here, helloarcus, look for a small watch repair shop in your area in Hong Kong you shouldn't have any problems getting a new glass (crystal) for your calvin Klein watch, However since you say the watch is new, contact Calvin Klien and let them know of the broken glass, see if it's on any kind of warranty, the paper work with your watch should have the contact info.

Take it to your local jewelry store, they will sell you a battery and install it for you. Watch how they do it for the next time.

You need to reset your watch completely and to do that, you have to start from battery.
Extract watch battery completely and leave your watch without energy supply for an hour. This will erase any data kept in watch memory.
Then put the battery back in watch exactly the way it was and reset your watch using your manual.
Unfortunately I can't help with manual as the original is the best you can get.
