2)Select Diag menu & press enter.
3)Select Cal paper - press enter and follow the instruction which will come on the display of the printer control pannel.
when you will finish the calibration press clear & take print out.
If not solved hold lf+enter and go to diag and select PAPTHOLD & increase the value up to 250 and press enter. Then go to the config menu and select configuration & press two times enter to save the value. Press clear button & take print out online. In this way you can solve the problem.
open printers and faxes from control panel.
right click on your printer icon and select printing preferences, on printing preferences window click on features tab.
select paper size as custom and it will open a new window to enter the size, enter the width and length of paper you want to print on and type Name as size1 and click on save, now again select more from paper size and selec size 1 (just saved) and click on Ok on printing preference and you are ready tp print,
Maybe the printer has a sensor that detects that the type of paper you enter is not compatiable. Check your documentation as to what type of paper "picture" you can or should use less you spoil your printer.
Enter on the computer the follow path: 1. enter start menu 2. enter printers and faxes 3. enter by right click into properties 4. enter paper size settings 5. set the paper size for the tray or trays and press update then apply and ok after thet it will work Also see on the printer menu enter the same paper tray settings and set the trays by size but more important is to set the compute settings
The problem is that the printer is set to print on default paper. When you use photo or other specialty paper, especially when the thickness is greater than inexpensive copy paper, the print heads need to match the paper. Go to the control panel on the printer, and enter the type of paper you're using. Your problem of streaking will disappear.
