Error Code 0326 means LCD inverter error, unable to turn lamp ON/OFF.

• Update to the latest BIOS.
• Turn off your computer and reconnect your LCD cable.
• Repeat the diagnostics by turning your laptop on and tapping F12 and selecting diagnostics
• if you still get that error then it could be these parts LCD cable+LCD needs replaced

the inverter is a small component behind the screen it regulates the display it is common that they fail regarding cost then you might be best looking on various sites for a comparison they are relatively easy to replace

Please see the Service manual for instructions on how to remove and replace the Hard Drive. Be sure to remove and reinstall the cables for the hard drive if you are on a Desktop Computer.
After reinstalling the hard drive re-run the diagnostics if you receive the same error code Contact Us.
Run the Drive Self Test (DST) from the Utility Partition also known as the 32 bit diagnostics to determine if the previous error has been corrected. If the DST from the Utility Partition does not indicate a failure of the drive, we consider the error to have been corrected and the drive does not need to be replaced.

This is one of the worst sorts of failures darling.

Does the Dell laptop have recovery software. If it does, here's a way to overcome the problem and make your own set of recovery disks.

When you do a destructive restore, it actually rolls back all of the software, including the recovery software so you can actually make a set. At this point, it will fix all of the software issues.

The error code 2000-032 (LCD Inverter error, unable to turn lamp ON/OFF) sounds like your LCD screen has a problem and needs to be replaced. The inverter circuit is located on a small circuit board on the LCD display panel. You can try reseating the LCD connector and see if this helps.
