That is a older TV, what input are you trying to connect to on the set, coax or rear audio/video as this model should not have component inputs.

Mine stopped mid-
December. I used the old reliable 99999 as my zip code, turned off the tv for an hour, turned it back on, entered my correct zip code and was patient. Today, the 15th of January, it popped back up. I have a feeling that it is all due to the switch over. I think different cable companies are setting things up and the gude was lost during that time. Maybe if you are patient, it will pop back up also.

I had the same problem on my PC using a ATI Radeon TV card that came with Gemstar's Guide Plus+ program. My problem was related to the URL within the software that has changed. By going into the windows registry and changing the URL address for:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GEMSTAR\ETV\URL
TO:http://144.198.100.134/gtidl/gdnet2.asp
These changes put my system back to normal.

this particular model doesnt have the option 6 to adjust projection or atleast mine doesnt. so now how would you make adjustments
