Disconnect the battery cable from the vehicle for at least 5 minutes. if this does not fix your problem, the radio will need to be replaced or serviced. Good Luck

I have an pioneer deh p4700mp and when i try to change things on the face plate it wont let me the only thing i can change is the voulome the voulome knob is the only thing that works

Take the faceplate off and check the metal contacts on the deck and on the rear of the faceplate... Make sure they are clean and all intact..
You can use a soft pencil eraser to clean the metal contacts.. see if this improves things.

My Pioneer DEH-P4700MP keep resetting when car switched off

Did you use a harness to connect the wires?
Could be the power line (red) is connect to the ACC (Accessory) orange line, so every time you switch off the vehicle the power to the stereo is interrupted.

Pioneer DEH-P4700MP... Face Panel Blinks

Yeah, the faceplate isn't making good contact with the rectagular (rectangular metal connector the faceplate connects to electronically). My best suggestion is to try to remount the unit so the faceplate fits more precisely, or cleaning the metal contacts with a pink rubber eraser like that found on a regular #2 pencil. Rubbing alcohol might also be a viable agent for cleaning the contacts.
