After pushing power button, tv clicks several times and shuts down. power light then blinks 10 times
With Panasonic Plasma TV, 10 blinks swill never occur. It shoud be either 9 or 11. Count it once more. Visit the site named 'Electro-help' for more details. Click this link. View it in Timeslide or Flipcard option, which can be selected from the drop down box menu by the Sidebar tag, at the top left corner of the display window. You can also click the Home tab to see the latest updates. It will make search easier. There are more than 1400 posts to different brand TVs till now. Setup proceedings and code list to different brand remote controls also included. Pull up older posts or do a search by type in the Brand Name of your device in the Search Box, at the top right of the display window.

2 blinks means the unit is having problem with 12 volt supply.
while power on you can check 12DC on power supply before shutdown.if the voltage is constant before shut down I would recommend to replace D board.

are you using a PC to feed a signal or maybe a cable with an adapter?
I had the same issue when I used one of the rear HDMI ports to show a PC display. Apparently there is a software difference between the rear and side/front ports. Inputting the PC through the side HDMI port has solved the problem for me (so far!)

Ur power supply board is dead, u know basic electronics’ and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors.These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get your tv power stable,and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Here are pictures of capacitors...Notice that the ones below look bloated. They have failed and will need to be repalced.
