Sync Issue I have sync'd the 750v with my Hosted Microsoft Exchange server which is with Register.com. It's all working great except for one thing. It is not following the rules I've set within the "Schedule" window to sync at a preset length of time. It will continue to sync every minute dispite whatever you enter for peak and off peak times. Even if you select "manually" for peak and off peak it still continues to sync every minute. I've spent hours trying to get it to work correctly but have now given up. If I cannot get a fix on this I'll probably take it into the Vodafone store and ask their advice. Has anyone experienced the same problem and know who to rectify. Appreciate any help. Thanks Martin

What you can do is take out the battery then replace it awiched it on and see what it does.if the problem continues then you will have to the vodafone store.good luck.

Email folders missing or empty

Some types of email accounts require manual synchronization of subfolders. To manually sync a folder, open the folder and tap the sync icon in the lower-right corner. You may be able to avoid the need to manually sync folders by turning off auto-filtering features (on the server), if these features are enabled. See your network administrator for assistance with locating and changing the auto-filter settings.
Check with your IT department and find out whether your data is stored on a single Exchange 2003 server, and whether the server uses forms-based authentication or virtual Exchange directories. If yes, work with your IT department to update the server configuration. For info on the required server configuration, see Method 2 in the Resolution section of the following article: support.microsoft.com/kb/817379 . After updating the server configuration, delete the Exchange account on your phone, and then add the Exchange account on your phone again.

Exchange Direct Push Only Working when Outlook is open

I have the exact same setup with diffrent BB and now HTC on the ATT 3G network and my HTC are sync when Outlook is open in real time. When Outlook is closed they sync but many hours later??? Real frustrating. Any idea would be great.

Update your Versamail version to 3.5.4

Also, make sure that sync calendar and contacts is checked in the settings on your Treo.

Microsoft outlook on my verizon HTC SMT5800

Unless you are trying to sync with another Microsoft Exchange Server (say at your new Job) or you are running an Exchnage server at home on a dedicated server.. you will not be able to set your phone up with exchange.

One Suggestion I may have would be to setup outlook on your phone to connect to your email via Imap4 or POP3.

You might want to remove the activesync partnership to your old company if you havent done so allready to help get rid of the exchnage sync error's.

Sync my contacts and calendar from outlook to iphone

You are on the right track.
You need to install the SBS 2003 SP2 package.
It contains Windows Server 2003 SP2 and Exchange 2003 SP2 along with other important updates. (It is a big download.)
Install all of the updates staring with Windows Server SP2.
Once you complete the install of Exchange SP2 your iPhone should sync.

FYI: If you use Remote Web Workplace you will need to forward TCP port 4125 on your firewall to your SBS server after this update or RWW won't work properly.
