I recently bought a fm transmitter/charger that was supposed to be compatible with my device. I hooked it up and not only did the transmitter not work it affected the display on my MP3. Now the screen colors are bleached and the icons are blurry and melted looking. The sound still works great, though. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
I have the same problem...blurry icons and menus..and TERRIBLE picture quality for videos and photos.
In my case, i drooped it. It was only 2 feet or so onto carpet though.
Resetting the entire player didn't work

Hey miranda, I have 3 of these players in my home and every time there is a problem with them we find that if we HOLD the power button in and keep it in until it shuts off (while the button is still pressed), it seems to reset any problems we have encountered. worth a try
