My flat screen is broken well the picture shows a crack but the out side of tv is not damaged Can this screen be fixed> if so will it be exspensive??? Looks as if the crack starts in upper left hand corner and etends down the tv towards middle
Get what use you can, there is not a way to "fix" that--the front screen unit is called a display panel and even if it was available the part alone would cost much more than the whole set did when new, time to go shopping for a new set.
Sorry, damage to the screen unit is always fatal.

You need to buy a new TV. Even if the screen is the only issue, it will cost more to repair it than to buy a new one, and it will take months since screens are in very short supply. Check with your homeowners insurance, it may be covered since i'm sure it was an accident and that's what insurance is for. Sorry.
